A flat does not need to cost you a tow and half a day. If you have a usable spare, we come to where the vehicle is parked, swap it safely with a proper jack and torque wrench, and check your remaining tires before you head out.

When You Need This
A flat is straightforward. Knowing when it is more than a flat is the part that saves money.
Nail or Screw in the Tread
Often repairable at a tire shop later. Get the spare on first rather than driving on a slowly deflating tire.
Torn or Bulging Sidewall
Not repairable. A bulge means internal structural damage and the tire can fail without warning. The spare goes on.
Flat in a Parking Lot or Driveway
The easiest call we get. No tow, no waiting room — we come to the vehicle and you carry on with your day.
Locking Lug Nuts, No Key
Common on used vehicles. Tell us before we come out so we know what we are dealing with.
Spare Is Flat or Missing
Worth checking before you need it. If the spare is unusable, a tow may be the only safe option and we will say so.
Uneven Wear Across Your Tires
Can point to alignment, suspension or pressure problems. Worth knowing about while someone is already at the wheel.
Common Questions
No. We fit the spare that came with your vehicle, or a replacement tire you have already bought. We quote labor only and you supply the parts, which keeps the cost down and leaves the tire warranty with the retailer.
Many newer vehicles ship with a sealant kit instead of a spare, and some have neither. If there is nothing to fit, a tow is the safe answer and we will tell you that rather than charge you for a call-out that cannot fix it.
Safety comes first. A narrow shoulder beside fast traffic is not a safe place to jack a vehicle. If you can reach a parking area or wide verge, we can work there. If not, call for a tow.
A compact or space-saver spare is temporary. Most are limited to around 50 mph and a short distance. Get a full-size tire fitted soon after.
Yes. While we are at the vehicle we check pressure and look at tread and wear pattern on the rest, so you are not back in the same spot next week.
